After consulting with members of the Public Council of the Pool (the capital's champions in a table tennis (spinning balls), fans of beach soccer on tropical islands (rolling the ball), experts in office basketball (know how to throw)) Seryozha went to a distant village with a lecture about stamps.
It's a profitable business! Culture is on the rise, well funded!
"Kulturka" (a specialized organization for organizing lectures) provided Seryozha with a minibus of a domestic model (with a driver). The trip was long, but Seryozha was traveling with comfort.
At the entrance to a remote village a large poster hung: "Lectures of experts on postage stamps." The advertising is good... But why "lectures"? Why "experts"? Seryozha was the only passenger in the minibus. His plans included only one lecture (well-paid).
The same posters hung all over the village.
The minibus drove up to the building of the local government.
The local responsible for culture greeted Seryozha affably and explained. The first speaker is Kolya, Aunt Manya's nephew (she heads the local organization "Big Pumpkins"). Kolya is an individual entrepreneur, he makes repairs in all local state and municipal buildings. He is not only the nephew of Aunt Manya, but also the great-nephew of the former head of the department of the DOSAAF regional committee.
The second speaker is a Trans-Baikal academician, a specialist in balloons of Neolithic times.
The third speaker is Seryozha.

Seryozha decided to have a cup of coffee after the road. He politely left the hall, walked through a group of locals, and took a few steps along the street to find a cafe. There was a small cafe in the park next to the building where the lecture was taking place.
At this time, a cavalcade of foreign-made black cars (of the newest brands and models) appeared. It was a Trans-Baikal academician with guards and retinue.
Seryozha politely examined the black cars and headed to the cafe.
An hour and a half later, he returned to the hall. Kolya was still giving a lecture about postage stamps.

It became clear that there was almost no time left for Seryozha's lecture on stamps. There is also no money left - from those that were planned for a payment for the lecture. It was important not to miss the minibus - so that the driver did not drive away back without Seryozha.
Seryozha carefully, so as not to disturb Kolya and the audience, took out of the bag a baseball cap with the inscription "Metropolitan Expert", a jacket with the inscription "Squad of Patriots" on the back, a pre-prepared album with stamps. He, trying not to disturb the lecturer and the audience, left the hall and the building. He put on a baseball cap and jacket (with inscription) before the door. He took the stamp album in his right hand.
On the street, he addressed the gathered kids: "What, guys, are you fond of stamps? I collect stamps too! Look what an album I have!" "Let's see our albums with stamps!".
The kids surrounded Seryozha. Seryozha's album went from hand to hand. And Seryozha, with the air of a specialist, was commenting on the stamps from the albums of local kids.
"Who will pay for this cultural work? But this is the right deed... This is a useful telling about stamps for local kids...".
