The events in the country (Russia's close neighbor) led to a huge excitement among the political media speakers (little pipe organs).
(I borrowed the notion " little pipe organ" from Mikhail Yevgrafovich Saltykov-Shchedrin, I decided to climb up onto the shoulders of a literary giant).
And I heard some interesting information half an hour ago.
It turns out that the country (Russia's close neighbor) has two hundred kilometers of excellent Black Sea beaches. And local residents freely go to these beaches: look into the sea, breathe fresh sea air, admire beautiful views of nature, sunbathe, swim).
The conversation between two little political pipe organs was saturated with the word "investments".
In this regard, I remembered Ivan Savvidi and the lawsuits (those lawsuits in which the word "investment" was often mentioned).
What is a "raider takeover" ('raider seizure')? A "raider takeover" is a complex algorithm of various kinds of actions that requires significant investments in legal flywheels.
Naturally, in the course of such actions, a group of dissatisfied people is created. These people are loudly expressing their indignation. Something needs to be countered with this outrage. What can be contrasted with the indignation of offended people? There is a beautiful word "investment". It was often repeated by some participants in the trials (lawsuits) in my presence.
I don't know Ivan Savvidi, and I didn't know much about him. Once, people who were "offended" by the raider seizure explained to me that the smart guy who tried to deprive them of their property (a huge profitable enterprise) was allegedly previously engaged in the trade in tobacco products. In their opinion, this guy previously, before his aspirations for raider seizure of their enterprise, was acting in the system of a large Rostov businessman.
Can a small tobacco wholesaler earn such capital to seize a large profitable enterprise that owns many real estate properties in different districts of Rostov-on-Don?
Somehow I remembered the trade in alcoholic beverages produced in well-known regions and widely sold throughout Mother Russia.
I began to pay attention to newspaper publications about the tobacco business.
And that's what I came up with today, thinking about the text of this essay.
As far as I understand, Ivan Savvidi did not offend anyone, he did not take anything away from anyone. Yes, he was friends with influential people in the Rostov oblast and in Moscow. Probably, this friendship was useful for him (and for the tobacco business). But who did he offend with this friendship? Whose interests did he infringe on? As I understand it, he did not offend anyone. He did not infringe on anyone's interests.
If you want, - buy tobacco products. If you don't want, don't buy. Moreover, many measures have now been taken to limit smoking.
The tobacco production enterprise in Rostov-on-Don has long been profitably sold to a foreign investor.
Ivan Savvidi has earned considerable capital. Where does he live now? Rich people have real estate in different countries. So they can live all over the world.
Some people will say that not all money-hungry people are Greeks and not all have thousands of years of trading history behind them. But no one is forbidden to study.
Thus, we can see two investment tactics: (1) "raider seizure" associated with the seizure of property and with the appearance of noisy, dissatisfied, offended people, (2) profitable trading.
It's like in the science business. A talented person creates a scientific business, creates a scientific and technical direction. A company of raiders is launching an attack on him. They seize this business and then enjoys the flow of money coming from the state budget "for science."
But the Bolkhovitinov design bureau acted on a different principle. As Sergei Korolev's colleague by the name of Chertok recalled in surprise, this design bureau did not show itself to be particularly outstanding. But it has always been "afloat". And the boss of this design bureau sailed on a yacht along the reservoir near Moscow in the pre-war years (this is when an ordinary passenger car, which was in individual use, aroused increased interest among many people). Yes, it is strange... Subordinates called Bolkhovitinov "патрон." This word is ambiguous. One of the values [in Russian] is the capacity to be filled with a charge for further use. And what about two hundred kilometers of excellent Black Sea beaches?
Here we can see the third investment tactic.
Let's say there are people who are very interested in these beaches.
Well, these enterprising people will build hotels on these beaches. Guests arriving at the hotels will wish to relax in peace. Fences will appear unnoticeably.
There is an opinion (I personally have not seen such situation - maybe it's nonsense) that on the famous peninsula, locals find it difficult to approach the sea: the beaches are fenced around and fenced off.
But there is a Water Code!!! Fences are prohibited! Well...
The economic little pipe organ will say: now local residents receive, say, ten dollars a month per person. And hotels will be built, guests will arrive, local residents will go to work as service personnel and they will receive, say, one hundred dollars per month per person.
Even if the beaches are fenced around and fenced off, locals will pay for the entrance to the beaches - they will have money.
Here everyone has their own choice, as with buying cigarettes: if you want, - smoke, if you don't want, - don't smoke.
If you want, - go freely to your beaches, and if you want, - work as a maintenance staff, earn money, and pay for admission to the beach.

Now I intend to propose a new (fourth) investment tactic.
At first, it is necessary to accustom local residents to big money: give each one a hundred thousand dollars (per year or per month). Rent a small section of a good beach, fence it off and make the entrance to this section of the beach paid.
And when the locals get used to have a big money and to pay for admission to a beach, that's when energetic people can start a frenzy of "investing" - that is, carefully turning beaches into paid profitable territories.
I hope Mikhail Yevgrafovich Saltykov-Shchedrin does not take offense at me for my climbing onto the shoulders of this literary giant.
