And then there was news about the financing of cultural initiatives from dozens of regions.
More than a thousand projects will receive grant support!
What are these projects?
Maybe somewhere there is a list of these projects? Where can you find out which people received (or will receive) how much public money?
The following are mentioned: educational and mentoring projects, festivals, awards (premiums), forums in the field of culture, art, creative industries projects, projects in the field of culture and academic (classical) art, intersectoral, network cultural and cross-cultural projects.
Particularly interesting are the "awards (premiums)" ...
These are no longer a films that everyone could to watch (or read about them) and to form their own opinion...
Now it will be more difficult for potential critics to evaluate the results of the activities of grantees.
Speech - as you can imagine - is not about specific works of art that each person can see, listen to, etc., and form their own opinion.
This, - as somebody can understand, - is about certain types of activities, about certain processes, stretched out in time, and - with results that are not obvious to the majority of the population.
How to evaluate these projects, which received almost four billion rubles?
Apparently, the results will be evaluated in the same way as applications. Through "independent experts", through "close" "cultural observers".
First, "independent experts" said which projects were good. Later, "independent experts" will explain that state money was spent for the benefit of Russial culture.
Film activity has become an occasion for talk about the emergence of film oligarchs.
Who receives state cultural money (after a new turn of the steering wheel)?
Teams seem to change in composition. People move from one project to another. Some figures are approaching, some are receding.
