After the end of the working day and a short rest, Ivan Ivanovich heard an advertisement: a million different goods are sold in a supermarket before the New Year!
Tomorrow will be Saturday, he can plan a nice shopping trip!
Ivan Ivanovich overcame a mild winter depression and went to the bank for money. A considerable amount already has accumulated in his account, and he has a financial means to go to the supermarket with.
At the bank, he tore off the check and waited for the number on the check to be called-it was his place in queue.
A consultant approached him: what's your problem? What's your number?
Ivan Ivanovich showed his check and said that he had come to withdraw money from his account.
"Okay, wait!" the consultant smiled politely.
Ivan Ivanovich took a seat on a comfortable armchair and looked around.
The faces of the girls-bank's employees serving clients are very businesslike. "Pretty girls!" thought Ivan Ivanovich. - "They look good, like female-athletes...".
There was a couple sitting nearby: a man and a woman. Their faces are tense.
The woman suddenly jumped up and ran up to one of the female employees of the bank.
Ivan Ivanovich heard separate words: "When!?.. We've been waiting for forty minutes!"
"I explained to you... it's impossible now... you need to wait...".
The woman returned to the man with a displeased look, and they began to talk quietly about something.
An automatic voice was calling up some people for banking services, but the queue did not reach Ivan Ivanovich.
Ivan Ivanovich looked at his watch: the working day was ending.
Suddenly, a fresh sea breeze seemed to blow along the hall.
The faces of the girls-bank's employees brightened.
A whisper was heard: "The monetary regulation measures taken are yielding results..." "Anti-inflationary measures are acting with some delay in time..."
A slight smile seemed started to play on the faces of the disgruntled couple waiting for their queue. They started whispering about something again.
At that moment, the door to the customer service hall opened, and a man with a mysterious smile entered the hall. He was carrying a large thick leather briefcase.
He tore off the check with the number, immediately approached one of the beautiful, stylishly dressed female employees of the bank, said something to her, and after two or three minutes went to the cashier, closing the door tightly behind himself.
"Savings activity is increasing!..." quietly swept through the hall.
A man and a woman left the hall with relieved smiles.
Ivan Ivanovich seemed to be next in line behind them. However, there was practically no time left to receive money from the account. The working day should end in a few minutes.
"I'll come by tomorrow and get my money," Ivan Ivanovich thought.
He went outside. There was a large, beautiful New Year's tree with sparkling toy glass balls on the square. It was nice to look at them and think about all the good things that awaits people, all of humanity, in the coming year.
People were running back and forth. Everyone looked different.
"Savings activity is increasing!..." - Ivan Ivanovich thought with pleasure. - "Tomorrow, after receiving the money, I will walk through the supermarket, look at a million products and buy something good."
He looked at the New Year's trees on sale: I need to buy one of these trees!
