What can I say?
As a law-abiding and responsible citizen, I am concerned about both the tax interests of the state and the ensuring public safety.
But my "resource of legal activity" is understandably limited (pre-retirement age, health condition (requiring a care), lack of any government funding, lack of the any (slightest) state powers).
Therefore, the most important issue for me is to pay me adequate compensation for my property. I was deprived of my ownership right by the Russian Federation on 06/03/2019 (the real estate object located at Rostov-on-Don, Muskatnaya Street/Dnepropetrovskaya Street, 32/34, with cadastral number 61:44:0000000:83514; the letter dated December 23, 2021, number 23-16 / 3267@): my "ownership right" to this object of real estate "was terminated on June 3, 2019").
As far as I can see from the constant, incessant reports in the official Russian media, this issue is within the competence of the Government of the Russian Federation (to which, after "climbing the hierarchical ladder", I sent the application on April 27, 2022). I have not received a response from the Government of the Russian Federation (to my application of April 27, 2022) to date.
