    Dr. Enrico Volpe"s mentorship was crucial for my article on Axiothea of Phlius and Lasthenia of Mantinea, exploring their roles in Platonic philosophy. From April to August 2025, he refined my Italian and deepened my understanding of ancient thought. His caritas (Colossians 3:12) and Streben nach Wahrheit inspired me, embodying true esprit de corps.
  Dear Dr. Enrico Volpe, an outstanding scholar, deserves profound gratitude for his invaluable support in my work on the article "Women Philosophers, Disciples of Plato." This article, dedicated to Axiothea of Phlius and Lastheneia of Mantinea, explores their contributions to ancient Platonic thought, revealing their roles as Plato's female disciples in the Academy.
  
  From April to August 2025, Dr. Volpe patiently guided me, helping me navigate the intricacies of Platonic philosophy. His deep knowledge of ancient thought and sensitive mentorship allowed me to better understand the intellectual context in which these women philosophers lived and worked. Moreover, with kindness and professionalism, he corrected my "awkward" Italian, transforming the text into a clear and precise exposition of ideas. His support embodies the principle of caritas (mercy, love), reminiscent of the words of Scripture: "Therefore, as God"s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion" (Colossians 3:12).
  
  Dr. Volpe demonstrated Streben nach Wahrheit (striving for truth), helping me bring the article to a high academic standard. His efforts and esprit de corps (team spirit) made the editing process inspiring and fruitful. As it is written: "Two are better than one... for if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10). His mentorship became a light for me in my intellectual quest.
   I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Volpe for his contribution, which strengthened my faith in the power of scholarship and human kindness. May his work continue to inspire researchers, as it is said: "A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart" (Luke 6:45).
