This book is a collection of science fiction stories, or social SF, or utopian stories, written in very wide time diapason (from maybe 1979 till 2023). They are quite different, where some of them deal with etymological questions and are rather monologues or Platonic dialogues, yet they have ideas, i.e. this is not action fiction but something of more classical type. In the full variant here must be the last 5 stories, but as far as now everything is abridged, it is only the first of them (or No 12 from the beginning). (Search me in the Internet.)
