I am writing to complain about the jeans I purchased from your Web Shop.
To begin with, I intend to tell you about your staff. I am really annoyed about the delivery: your guy, who came at 9 p.m., was absolutely drunk and actually rude. So I am interested if this is normal for your company.
My second complaint is about the product itself. When I opened the wrapping I saw that there was missing the free T-shirt you promised, and this is not according to your advertisement.
The next point is the color - I ordered black ones, but, unfortunately, a blue pair was sent. In addition, when I was trying it on I noticed that the zip was broken. Furthermore, I reckon, it is not my size. Most probably, it would fit like a glove on my 13-year old child! On top of everything else I have discovered that it is a female pair.
Touching on the subject of money, it is not the cheapest price, as you claimed, and your company is not the only one, which is licensed to sell this top-brand.
To sum up, I would like a refund of my money and look forward to receiving your response in the near future.
