"In the dark of the night, I will make you mine My slave, my prey, till the sun starts to shine You will do as I say - my will, your order" In the hallways of the castle he told her She knew not what to answer, she thought he was joking She didn't know he had done some lurking He knew she desired him, he wanted her too She thought he loved his mistress; she did not have a clue Whenever he grinned at her, he made her blush She knew he'd heard her thoughts, in which she longed for his touch He loved this slow torture, though that she'd break So she would give in to him freely, be his to take
But theirs is a story, and stories must end They had to stop playing, no more pretend Could he be faithful, or would he break her apart? The No Life King did not have a heart
In 500 years or so that he's lived Needless to say the times that he'd sinned Then he was bonded with seals of magic - mistake! These bonds were too strong for his powers to break Their secret weapon, at night he would kill The weak, mindless undead - he needed the thrill He wanted an opponent worthy of him
Then she came along and brought a new light A curious child, and int'resting fight He started to tease, a little at first Feeling the buildup of her innocent thirst
But theirs is a story, and stories must end They had to stop playing, no more pretend Could he be faithful, or would he break her apart? The No Life King did not have a heart
He thought he would win, he knew this game well He didn't suspect that she did as well And all of a sudden, more and more He felt his attraction, stronger, for her Resisting and lying became more tough He was fooling himself; he was in love
After his words, he came at night Casting a spell to sleep her tight But in her dreams, she was awake Finally, no more could she fake
Pulling him close, she let him know His eyes said the same; he wouldn't let go Then he whispered the hardest words to say Three words that took her breath away "You need not tell me; I know you do too" With that he kissed her, and they started anew
But then their story came to an end They quit playing, no more pretend Could he be faithful, or would he break her apart? Turned out the No Life King did have a heart
